3-Stage Body Sculpting: A Client’s Journey
Who?
One of our amazing BeautyCats has been on an inspiring journey, losing 39kg, taking powerful steps to improve her overall health, confidence, and vitality.
At Jessicat’s Medi-Spa, we supported her with our 3-Stage Body Sculpting treatment process, designed to dramatically tighten and smooth the appearance of the skin by repairing and rebuilding both the epidermis and dermis.
The process has also helped reduce stubborn fat and improve muscle tone.
The before-and-after photos below reflect the first stage of her transformation; hard-earned results that marked only the beginning of the progress she would continue to achieve over time.

Why?
After her weight loss, she was left with some lax skin and stubborn fat around her abdomen and hips. She wanted to refine this area to fully enjoy the benefits of her transformation.
With our 3-Stage Body Sculpting Package, we’ve been working with her to create a natural, non-surgical waist and tummy contouring effect. These photos (yes, in the same pair of tight black jeans! ) show her progress so far. You can really see how much smoother and more defined her midsection looks; a perfect example of how these treatments help the body catch up with the hard work already done.
Jessicat sometimes gets so excited when taking the before pictures that she rushes, and then she takes her time with the after shots. That’s why the lighting can look different between them. We’ve included a couple of versions so you can see how much of a difference light alone can make.
It’s important to remember that lighting can flatter results just as much as (if not more than) Photoshop, which is why we encourage you to look closely at both the before and after photos to see the genuine changes.
What?
Each treatment session focused on the entire abdominal and hip areas, combining BTL Exilis Ultra 360 Monopolar RF with Ultrasound and Venus Concept Multipolar Radio Frequency.
The Exilis technology delivers energy deeply with a single focal point, helping to shrink and permanently destroy fat cells, while the Venus Concept's device uses eight points of energy to treat larger areas such as the full abdomen and hips, stimulating collagen, tightening the skin, and rebuilding its structure. Working together, these therapies reduce stubborn fat while repairing and rejuvenating the skin for a smoother, firmer result.
Full Body Red and Near Infared therapy was provided within every treatment session, as well as two half-hour NUBWAY Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS +RF) treatment sessions, enjoyed whilst chilling out in front of a TV show.
The plan moving forward is to utilise all technology available to us, including HIFU, Plasma Fibroblast, RF microneedling, and medical-grade RF/Ultrasound therapies, used within cost-effective treatment sessions, which enable our clients to have as many treatments as necessary to achieve the ultimate outcomes possible.
