Pelvic Floor Strengthening Chair:
*$25/session (blocks of 8–12)
*$37.50/session (blocks of 6).
Schedule: 30-minute sessions, twice weekly.
Jessicat works one-on-one with clients before starting these treatment packages to ensure this treatment process is appropriate for their needs and, as a Pilates instructor, to adequately prepare them for their course of treatments. Homework is also provided in the form of exercises to help improve pelvic floor functionality.
