Who?
This BeautyCat faced a challenging journey. She was dealing with very sensitive skin and pigmentation issues.
She went to various clinics looking for help because she was concerned about visible sun damage, which appeared as patches of pigmentation that made her skin look like enlarged pores.
Her skin was showing signs of fine lines and wrinkles and she was struggling with melasma and rosacea, which made it all the more challenging.
At one clinic, she underwent a strong chemical peel and was instructed to use a lactic acid-based cleanser twice daily. She diligently followed this regimen for two months, but unfortunately this resulted in her skin becomming extremely irritated, sensitive, and dry, which worsened the overall appearance. No one at the clinics she visited noted that she had rosacea or sensitive skin!
She was told that the reaction was likely due to the active ingredients in her routine, such as retinol. However, this wasn’t the case as it’s important to avoid using lactic acid after of a chemical peel, as this can further compromise the skin barrier.
Why?
She came to us looking for a solution, and to support her recovery, I provided her with complimentary body LED light treatments and skincare products to help repair her skin and alleviate stress. Stress can significantly exacerbate skin issues due to its impact on the body, so addressing both physical and emotional well-being was key in her healing journey.

What?
Our 4-Stage Face Lifting Initial Treatment Package, combines state-of-the-art technologies to rejuvenate the skin. This package utilises a blend of fractional RF treatments like Venus Viva and non-ablative options such as Exilis Ultra 360, Collagen Induction Fractional Microneedling (CIFM) and other therapies.
How?
She signed up for a Gold Membership to continue intensively improving her skin and then transitioned to our Diamond Membership. The Diamond membership introduced Microcurrent muscle work, further strengthening the foundation beneath the skin to enhance and maintain her results.
Fiona's skin not only looks even better than it did when she first came on board as a client, but is better-functioning skin. The treatment processes we used within treatment sessions include multiple state-of-the-art technologies that target and treat the deepest layer of the skin. The dermis is responsible for new collagen, elastin, and blood vessel growth.
