Meet Helen Booth
Who?
Helen Booth is one of our long-term BeautyCats and a nurse by profession, which means she has a deep respect for the body’s ability to heal, adapt, and rebuild when given the right support.
Helen first began her journey with Jessicat’s Medi-Spa in 2016, focusing initially on skin health.
She is now in her early 60s, coming up to 63, and her main concern has always been maintaining lift and structure, particularly through the lower face and jowl area, while still looking natural and like herself.
As a nurse, Helen understands that meaningful results take time. Treatments that might sound intimidating to others have never frightened her, because she knows what the body is capable of when worked with properly rather than against.
Why?
Helen wanted to address visible ageing without going down the injectable path. Her biggest concern was becoming “jowly” over time, something she noticed creeping in as her skin and facial muscles naturally changed with age. She also suffers from rosacea, a condition that can worsen as skin thins and becomes more reactive. For Helen, it was important to find treatments that calmed redness, strengthened the skin barrier, and reduced flushing, rather than irritating already sensitive skin.
What drew Helen back to Jessicat after her initial treatment course was the focus on rebuilding skin thickness, muscle integrity, and structure from the inside out, instead of chasing short-term fixes.

What?
Helen started working through an Intensive Skin Foundation Package designed to repair and rebuild the skin of the face, neck, and chest, repairing and rebuilding from the deepest layers of the dermis to the surface. This foundational work stimulated collagen, elastin, and blood vessel formation, leaving her skin noticeably firmer, lifted, and beautifully plump. Creating a strong foundation of results to build upon.
Then Helen transitioned to a Diamond Membership to build on the results she gained from her Foundation Package on her face, neck and chest and hand areas in the most cost-effective way possible.
Helen enjoys all the different state-of-the-art aesthetic therapies that work to target the underlying cause of the ageing process, including Microcurrent Muscle, Exilis Ultra 360, Monopolar Radio Frequency/Ultrasound, and RF Microneedling therapies, used within 5-Stage Face Lifting treatments that form the foundation of her Diamond Membership.
She also enjoys treatments done on her whole face, neck and chest areas within every session, skincare, at-home beauty technologies and add-on treatments such as HIFU, Venus Viva, Plaxel+ True Plasma Fibroblast and Full Body LED Light therapies, complementary, as well as many other goodies to help push her reults further as they continue to develop over time and spoil her as a reward for her comitment to our service.
