Who?

Dorothy was a beloved member of the Jessicat’s community for six years, beginning her journey in 2016 and continuing through 2022. Like many women with mature skin, Dorothy faced the challenge of Erythematotelangiectatic Rosacea (ETR), a condition characterized by persistent facial redness, flushing, and visible blood vessels.

Dorothy’s story is one of loyalty and education. After an initial successful course of treatments, she spent time traveling through Europe. Upon her return to Perth, she briefly sought help from other beauty professionals for her recurring dryness and redness. However, after being misdiagnosed with allergies, when in reality her mature skin simply needed help with healthy cellular turnover, she returned to Jessicat’s Medi-Spa to get the expert care and relief she deserved.

Why?

Dorothy’s primary concerns were multifaceted, she wanted to calm the redness and flushing associated with her rosacea, but she also wanted to address the visible signs of aging, such as fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin. What?

Dorothy’s transformation began with our 4-Stage Face Lifting in our Intensive Skin Foundation Package, combines state-of-the-art technologies to rejuvenate the skin. This package utilises a blend of fractional RF treatments like Venus Viva and non-ablative options such as Exilis Ultra 360, Collagen Induction Fractional Microneedling (CIFM) and other therapies. Venus Viva quickly became her favorite treatment for its ability to resurface and brighten the skin. To address her rosacea and skin laxity, she moved into a consistent maintenance program that combined clinical excellence with structural support.

Her sessions were comprehensive, often including Venus Viva for texture, CIFM RF for tightening, and specialized attention to her hands and eyelids to ensure a uniform, youthful result. Dorothy was also a pioneer in our holistic approach to care, setting up a powerful at-home routine with our recommended technologies.
